Exchanges and returns are complimentary for eligible items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. The shoes must be unworn, in original packaging including all accessories and returned with original plastic covering on outsole showing no signs of wear. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for already worn shoes.
We recommend trying your shoes on indoors and on a carpeted surface or towel to avoid accidental damage or wear & tear.

Items marked as "final sale" or "as is" at time of purchase are ineligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit less the cost for return shipping will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15-30 days.
CUSTOM FIT ORDERS
Due to the customization of the shoes, we cannot offer exchanges. This is why we do a in-person custom fitting to ensure the right fit before purchase.
If you decide Mavettes aren't for you, we’ll be happy to help but sorry to see you go. Due to the customization of the shoes, we are unable to provide full refunds. However, we’re happy to offer a partial refund. Mavette will retain a manufacturing fee of $180 for heels, and $125 for flats. Please be in touch with the Mavette team within 14 days of receiving your shoes. We’ll take care of processing your refund as soon as your shoes are received in original condition.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds are credited via the original method of payment or store credit within 15-30 days of your return. If the time frame has passed and you have yet to receive your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
