Refund policy

We want you to love your Mavette's as much as we do and recommend trying your shoes on indoors and on a carpeted surface or towel to avoid accidental damage or wear & tear.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. The shoes must be unworn, in original packaging including all accessories and returned with original plastic covering on outsole showing no signs of wear. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for already worn shoes.

If your shoes arrive damaged or defected, please contact Mavette client assistance for further instructions.

Items marked as "final sale" or "as is" at time of purchase are ineligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges of size are free for items within the same style. Limit one (1) free exchange per order and subject to availability. All exchanges are processed shortly after the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Our client assistance team will review any questions you may have about the fit and provide consultation before placing the exchange order.

After you've completed the request, we'll email you the return label. Please note that Mavette is not responsible for any returned packages that are shipped without the provided return label. 


Returns

We offer complimentary return shipping on full price items. For reduced priced items the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that Mavette is not responsible for any returned packages that are shipped without the provided return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit less the cost for return shipping will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15-30 days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds are credited via the original method of payment or store credit within 15-30 days of your return. If the time frame has passed and you have yet to receive your return, please contact us at help@mavette.com.
